What makes you guys a better choice than any of your competitors?
We have the technical know-how and expertise to ensure that your site is the best that it can be. We have many years of IT knowledge as consultants for major fortune 500 companies such as MasterCard, IBM, and AG Edwards. We did not pick up a book titled "How to build a website in 20 hours." We do this stuff for a living and we are good at it. The most important difference between us and the other guys is that we actually care about your business and we want you to be even more successful than you are today.
Do I have to have my domain hosted at Inspector Net?
Yes, we do currently require that you allow us to host your domain. By doing this you cut out the cost and hassle of having a domain at one company and a website at another. Best of all, it is FREE! Also by hosting yout domain with us, the integration of your services is seamless. This is a simple transfer from your domain provider (GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc...) to ours (pairNIC).
Do you provide phone support?
We provide unlimited support via email for our paying customers, but we do not provide support over the phone unless the situation calls for it. We do our best to respond to every email within just an hour of receiving it. We also make sure one of the company owners or an expert Inspector Net employee answers every email. We do not outsource our support overseas or employ unqualified support staff.
How does your refund policy work?
Inspector Net is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service so we don't provide refunds. You are billed every 30 days for the service. You can cancel the service at any time and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.
Can we pay for Inspector Net a year in advance? Do you accept POs or payment by check?
We only accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We currently offer monthly hosting plans to keep is simple and to avoid the hassle of long-term contracts.
Why do you use PayPal?
PayPal is the most secure way to pay on the Internet and the most widely accepted. Also, any merchant or website that collects credit card information must be PCI Compliant. This is strict encryption policy set forth by MasterCard and VISA.
Are there signup fees? Termination fees? Any hidden fees we should know about?
Absolutely not. We think one-time extra fees aren't the right way to do business. We don't charge signup fees, termination fees, or any additional fees. The price you pay is simply the fixed monthly fee based on the plan you've chosen. We also don't charge by the person. You can have 1 person or 100 people using Inspector Net and you'll still pay the same price.
Is our data backed up in case of an emergency?
Data is backed up nightly and written to multiple disks instantly. We can perform full backup recovery in the event of a system-wide emergency. Our hardware is also fully redundant so even if one disk or server fails nothing will be lost and the system will not go down. Our uptime is over 99%.
Is Inspector Net reliable, secure, and confidential? Where is the data hosted?
We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. Data is hosted on a state-of-the-art redundant server cluster and is professionally managed.
Can we export our data if we don't want to use Inspector Net anymore? What format is the export in?
You can export all your data. Just let us know if you would like to do so and we'll export your information to, Excel, XML or csv files.
Can we install Inspector Net on our own server?
We don't offer installable versions. Our products are only available as hosted products. We maintain the servers, the security, all the updates and improvements so you don't have to worry about anything.
